This small Woody basket bag is handwoven from fair-trade paper by independent craftswomen in Kenya. It comes with a canvas handle embroidered with the Chloé logo and a cotton pouch secured by a leather drawstring.

Each basket features a leather label signed by the artisan who crafted the bag. Carry yours in your hand or on the shoulder with the double handles.

This basket was made in partnership with Mifuko, a certified WFTO supplier. In Swahili, “mifuko” means pocket. With fair pay and less dependence on unpredictable farming as a source of income, Mifuko empowers its artisans in Kenya and ensures no one is left with empty pockets.
